Kam.2b וּבִעֵר זו השן ‘and it clears (Ex. 22:4) this refers to injury by the tooth (animals eating). ( 3) (b. h.) to start a fire, enkindle. v. בְּעֵרָה. Hif. הִבְעִיר to start or entertain a fire, to clear a field.
